We Inform that MONTRES VENUS S.A. does not use such practice at all and disclaims any responsibility with the potential victims. Consumers are strongly encouraged to be extremely careful and vigilant.

Practical advice for the detection and prevention of fraud:
  • messages asking you to pay a small handling fee to collect some fabulous prize are usually a scam. You send the handling fee and get nothing in return;
  • do not send money to someone you don’t know. A legitimate prize won’t require you to pay in order to receive it.
  • offers that sound too good to be true, probably are fraud;
  • verify the exact identity of the correspondent;
  • avoid replying to messages coming from private addresses (gmail, yahoo, hotmail …);
  • read the entire document submitted for your signature;
  • always read the online general terms and conditions of sale before transaction and any payment;
  • do not give out any personal – or bank details, neither passwords, to unknown persons;
  • take the time to stand and reflect;
  • If any doubt, contact the official Company.

In the context of fraud prevention, MONTRES VENUS S.A. looks forward to receiving any scamming attempt in order to carry out an active prevention.
Thank you for your understanding.
